These workouts are all about 10-minutes but I recommend a minimum of 10 minutes of movement every day so…
To complete more than one time through just hit repeat on the video to reach your daily goal of 10- 30 minutes!
Don't forget to finish each workout with at least 5 minutes of a cool down and stretch!
